Learning how to interact with leadership and flow with prophectic impressions is critical to increase the prophetic anointing in your life.  The Lord is raising up a troup of people who are listening to the Lord and speaking to man.  This speaking to man is increasing the victory in peoples lives as they have faith encouraged when they hear that the Lord is speaking to them.  Spiritual ordained leadership is to be honored and respected.  Understanding this will put you in a place of blessing and protection as the enemy hates order and freedom.  Freedom is not just "do what you feel" that is immature, as true freedom is powerful in great order.
